Reiki Level One with Reiki Master Lorraine Kane.

This beginner-friendly course introduces Usui Reiki as a natural healing energy that flows within and through all living beings. Lorraine gently guides students to work with this energy for self-healing, awareness, and personal growth in a grounded and supportive environment. Through guided practice, reflection, and experiential learning, participants will begin to recognize subtle energy, connect more deeply with their bodies, and develop foundational techniques for working with Reiki in a safe and respectful way. The focus of this course is on presence, self-healing, and learning to listen inward. Lorraine practices Reiki regularly and teaches from lived experience and deep reverence. She has been an educator for over 25 years, is a Near Death survivor, an author and a light worker. Her approach is heart-centred, faith-inclusive, and rooted in humility, creating a space where students can explore energy work with confidence, curiosity, and care.
