Guided Meditation Class to quiet the mind
Service Description
Join us for a six-week exploration of meditation designed to bring more peace, clarity, and balance into your daily life. Each week we will focus on a different theme and technique, allowing you to experience the variety of ways meditation can support your well-being. From breath awareness and guided visualizations to movement, mindfulness, and sound, you’ll discover which practices resonate most deeply with you. This class will begin on Tuesday October 28th. and will run for 6 consecutive weeks, ending on Tuesday December 2nd. Classes run from 6:030 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. This series is perfect for beginners as well as those who want to deepen their practice. Each session includes time for reflection in your personal journal, group sharing, and a calming cup of herbal tea to close. By the end of the six weeks, you will have a toolkit of strategies and meditations you can continue using at home to relax, refocus, and restore your energy.
