Service Description
This deeply restorative experience is designed to calm the body and mind and guide you out of stress mode. Your session begins with time in our infrared sauna, where soothing heat relaxes muscles and promotes circulation. Guests may also choose to listen to a guided meditation to deepen relaxation and support the body’s shift into a restorative state. Your experience continues with gentle Reiki energy healing to restore energetic balance, followed by reflexology to stimulate pressure points that support the body’s natural relaxation response. Together, these therapies work to quiet the mind, release tension, and help the body return to a state of rest, balance, and renewal.
Cancellation Policy
Please create a space where you will not be disturbed. Zoom access will be posted the week before classes begin for guided meditation access. Please ensure your mic is turned off and your camera on to support a caring community.
