Infrared Sauna + Your Choice of Two Wellness Treatments As the days become shorter and the weather gets cooler, give yourself something to look forward to. The Riverview Monthly Reset was created to make wellness part of your routine. Once a month, step away from everything that needs your attention and spend a little time taking care of you. Your experience begins with 20 minutes in our infrared sauna. Settle into the warmth while listening to a guided meditation, soft music, or simply enjoying the silence. Then slip into our comfortable treatment chair overlooking the river, get cozy and choose two of the following treatments: Facial Lymphatic Drainage Gentle, rhythmic movements encourage the natural movement of lymphatic fluid, helping to reduce the appearance of facial puffiness and leaving your face looking refreshed and more defined. This treatment also includes a relaxing neck, shoulder and arm massage. Head Massage + Red Light Therapy Let go of tension with a deeply relaxing head massage while enjoying red light therapy to support a healthy scalp and hair. A wonderful choice when your mind needs a little quiet too. Reiki A quiet, gentle energy treatment designed to encourage deep relaxation and create space to slow down, let go and reconnect with yourself. Reflexology Relax while pressure is gently applied to reflex points on the feet, accompanied by a soothing lower-leg and foot massage. Perfect for tired feet and an overworked mind. Your Monthly Reset Includes 20-minute Infrared Sauna + Your Choice of TWO Treatments Approximately 1 hour 45 minutes
